The paint shop is designed for a maximal component size of 7,000 x 2,000 x 700 mm (length x height x width) and a maximal weight of 200kg. Products suitable for coating at our plant are made of aluminium, copper, galvanized steel and steel and can stand a temperature in the kiln up to 220° C.
Pre-treatment and paint coat testing methods:There are two possibilities of chemical pretreatment for aluminium and galvanized materials - yellow chomate or titanium-cobalt.

For internal and external (outside
finish) usage we use the colours of all shades of RAL
(including Metallic 9006 and 9007) from top suppliers - TIGER, AKZO
NOBEL, IGP, DUPONT. Customer may also provide his own colour.
